Top Nail Spa

I have had two pedicures at Top Nail Spa. The first was a walk in appointment where I waited about 20 minutes, got a lukewarm soak with some cuticle cleaning, short massage, and gel polish. I liked the polish but didn’t get the relaxed and fresh feeling I expect after a pedicure. The second appointment I had today, a couple weeks later. I wanted to give this place a second chance and thought maybe a higher level service would be better. I called in the morning and made an appointment for a deluxe pedicure for 3pm. My service was started at 3:10. The water wasn’t very warm (not that I was asked at all if it was a good temperature) and there was no honey soak like advertised for a deluxe pedicure. Again, the cuticle clean up was lack luster, I watched and she barely touched my smaller 3 toes

I had an appointment, I went in on time and had to wait 5-10 minutes for this one station to open up. After I sit down and I show her my design she says it’s to complicated for her which is reasonable so I pick a new design. After she is done I take one look at them and they are not what I asked for at all. And she scuffed all of my cuticles

my nails where horrible the lady that did mine did not seem like she wanted to be there, she was on her phone watching something while doing my nails. she cut me to under my nail, i ask for a full set and i did not get them. i don't think she understood me. my friend got the same thing as i ask for and paid for less than me.. i got cat eyes and one nail she didn't even do. i did call and talk to the owner and she said she would fix it. but i decided that this place wasn't for me. being hurt i will not be returning

I had a really unpleasant experience here yesterday. It was close to the end of the day, so I hope this was just an off day, but I certainly won’t be coming back. I went in for a dip, and while my nails came out decent, the rest was awful. My nail tech destroyed my skin. This was the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. When she was filing she was filing my skin and only a tiny bit of the nail. She then used the power tool all over my cuticles and skin. I noticeably flinched 3-4 times during it but it still kept happening. She then took the cuticle cutters to the raw skin and took way more than necessary. When she finished one of my fingers was bleeding. This morning 4 of my fingers are red and swollen around the cuticles and the one that was bleeding is really painful.

This was my first time going here and I am very happy with how my gel manicure turned out. Julie was great!
