I have been going to top coat consistently for almost two years and they always amaze me every time I go! I personally see Nina and she always knows exactly what to do and makes me feel so confident with my nails. If you’re looking for a new nail place top coat is it!

I’ve been going to topcoat for years! For a reason! My friends and family are all now loyal topcoat fans! Their customer service has consistently been above and beyond! Nina is always making sure she’s ahead of the up and coming styles, while also learning about her clients and looking to meet them and their preferences to a tee! They will greet you by name, remember what you like - and are ready to catch up when you arrive. Clean, relaxing and too notch products and service!

We had a party of 5 to celebrate our MIL's birthday. The staff were sweet, beyond attentive helping whenever she needed help. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, they were super careful and gentle during the whole process. I ordered an acrylic set and the nail tech did a fantastic job, they are gorgeous. If we are ever up in the area again I will absolutely go again!

Update: ombré is not easy but Nina absolutely got it perfect!!! Beautiful work! I’m So glad I found TopCoat! Professional, clean and a ton of color choices. Prices are good. Service is relaxing. My dip always turns out great and my nails are staying healthy.

Just went here for the first time and I’m obsessed. Been getting my nails done in natick forever but I am officially switching to this fabulous place. Atmosphere is so pretty. Nina did my dip and I think she’s my new best friend!! Gorgeous nails and gorgeous personalities! 10/10 all around. Highly recommend!
