Absolutely amazing staff in this store. My 2yo daughter and I went in, window shopping, and the staff were so sweet to her as we smelled candles. They overheard me telling her we couldn’t afford a small kid-size backpack but we’d buy it next week, and one of the employees did an amazing job upselling me (I mean it!) by bringing out two bags that were on sale for 75% off—how could I say no to a pink unicorn bag my daughter immediately loved!? As I was checking out, my daughter pulled a candle from the counter and it shattered. The staff were so unbelievably kind and thoughtful, checking to make sure she was okay and reassuring me it was fine. I’m so grateful for their kindness especially because I was so concerned glass had gotten in my toddlers eye. Really wonderful, you guys, I’m so grate

I love their new scent!! IT'S absolutely smells amazing! Love Bath and Body Works! One of my Favorite Stores! They have a great sale going on right now! But 3 get 2 free! Love it

Not a great location. I mean it's like all the other Bath and Body Works stores in that they have all the same products, which I 💕 love. It's the staff... The girl at the door was delightful and helpful. But the cashier and the manager not so much. Eh! I won't stop buying Bath and Body Works ever....I just won't go to this location again.

They had Hand Sanitizer for 50 % percent off, I stocked up on the pocketbook ( mini Sanitzer ) they were regular price at $1.95 and the promo, for the day was 50% percent off which made them a grand total of 98 cents each, no lines, which was a little strange 😳. Typically they usually have a limit of 20 - 25 per person, I thought personally that was insane amount for someone to have . The staff & workers were very pleasant & answered my questions and attentive! Got what I needed. This is a beautiful mall, it's so sad 😞 to see our malls in N. England to die , I'd love going to Outlets & Malls, it's not always the same to order all things on- line , I like to feel, touch , see the iteem , smell texture or try on the item. They didn't have a huge variety of hand sanitizers in general,

I absolutely love the lotions, candles, everything has such amazing scents. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. And sales are so worth the trip
