Too Your Health Spa

Went to talk to them about starting to go work out. Was set up and told about some of the machines they have, hot tub, sauna, pool and weight room. Told about other classes we could sign up for if interested. Very friendly place and we will definitely be starting to go and work out.

I enjoy the pool exercise classes. I would like some windows in the pool area. Somewhat claustrophobic feeling. Basic small shower and small changing area. The jacuzzi only fits 4 people. The staff are friendly but the building is small. Parking can be crowded depending on the time you go. They accept insurance payment like Silver Sneakers program.

One of my favorite gyms, gives the old school feel and has pretty much everything you need. Usually empty too, only downside is there are a lot of people just taking up space sitting on machines or using 3 different once’s at once

I just have to say that I love to your health spa. Most especially the one over there at 40 East that has a gentleman by the name of Mr Harold who happens to be one of God's earthly angels and has made my life so much easier and so much better so with that being said I'm extremely grateful to Mr Harold and the gym as well as the rest of the amazing staff.

Love this place!!! It's old, but it has it all from a sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tub, workout machines, private rooms for classes, water aerobics, and even an old school dead lift upper level. This place is fun and they have shower facilities too! It is also very affordable! Please go and support these people, they do an excellent job and I'd hate to see it close down due to a newer, state of the art gym that doesn't have an indoor spa/pool or the charm of this place!
