Tony's Famous Barber Shop

In east long meadow, dont let the bald guy with tattoos tend to your needs. Asked him for a simple trim where i advised him to not cut the back of my head. It started off good as he was just using scissors, but as i was busy in a conversation with him he started to buzz off all the hair in the back and side. It was too late for me to say anything so i just accepted it. Entire time he kept reassuring me “yeah this looks so much better”. It was in-fact not better as I do not have the head shape for a high fade. It was my fault for not giving clearer directions, but perhaps they should listen to what the customer wants since we are the one paying them.

Great barber shop with nice atmosphere. Appointments can be made and walk-ins are also welcomed. Very satisfied with Tony's which I have been going to for several years now.

I rarely ever leave reviews and I’ve gotten decent cuts for my son in the past here from other people but this bothered me to no end. My son keeps his hair longer. I asked for a trim and for the sides to be layered. Was told it could be done. It ended up being the worst cut he’s ever gotten. Looked like a mushroom cut mullet. Was told “this is what you asked for” when it clearly wasn’t. I’m mainly writing this review because barbers if you can’t actually do scissor cuts then just say that. So I paid 30 dollars for a kids cut that I now have to pay to find someone to try to fix now. And I’m in no way over exaggerating cuz everyone that seen it said they wouldn’t have paid a dime. I’m being kind even leaving 3 stars because I know it comes down to people saying they can use scissors well w

Great shop. Good barbers. I have had over a dozen cuts here and have liked every one. Don't have a favorite barber but John has done several cuts for me, and I have been very happy with his work and his personable manner. Erica gave me my last three cuts and they were perfect. Thank you!

I've had four haircuts from Tony's and I've been very satisfied. The stylists are friendly and provide a high-quality men's haircut. If I had one recommendation, it would be to implement a way to make an on-line appointment. However, I think Tony's likes to keep things low-tech. The convenient E. Longmeadow location has plenty of parking.
