I spent over $1,000 this year at Toni & Guy because I trusted them. I believed I was paying for safety, professionalism, and expertise. Instead, they ruined my hair, injured my scalp, and completely abandoned me afterward. This was supposed to be a simple root bleach. Instead, more than 50% of my hair broke off and fell out from extreme chemical damage. My hair didn’t thin — it snapped off, in large sections. Every time I look in the mirror, I am reminded of what they did to me. What makes this even more horrifying is that my scalp was burned. It bled and developed scabs after the appointment. For years I had an asymmetrical pixie style, loved how Toni and Guy cut and styled that look. Knowing it would likely go through some not cute stages, I was dreading growing that short hairstyle out to a longer style. I went in on a regular, consistent basis and my stylist did a great job shaping the hair to keep my hair looking great and stylish until I reached my desired length. I also love the Oribe line of product they carry. My hair looks and feels so healthy since I switched to Oribe. I've gone to Toni and Guy for 24 years!

I went in for a standard men's trim to get my hair touched up for the weekend. The hairstylist that I had looked confused the entire time. She concentrated on one area of my head and seemed like the basics of trimming a man's hair eluded her for the rest. The back of my head wasn't touched other than trying several times to even up my hairline without trimming or combing through it first. She went right into point cutting my hair rather than trimming it to an equal length. And then ran her fingers through my hair to style it into a big mess. Check out, the woman behind the desk timidly asked if I wanted anybody else to look at it. I declined the offer as several of the hairstylist for watching other hairstylist cut people's hair like it was hair school. $65 later I am incredibly unimpresse

I’m obsessed with my hair, it’s exactly what I wanted when I brought in an inspiration photo. Jennifer VIllagomez does amazing highlights. First experience 5 months ago she did full highlights and I loved, I have curly hair so was skeptical about the process but she achieved exactly what I wanted. 5 months later I went back to her with a inspiration photo that required a mini highlight that added to what was already done to my hair. I love it, 10/10 recommend Jennifer and will be telling everyone I know about her!

not too sure why dustin gets a lot of good reviews but he did chop my hair up and all the growth i’ve worked so hard for. didn’t really look at what i wanted him to do with my reference picture and he cut everything that i wanted to keep. i booked with him cus of his reviews but left feeling like he writes them himself. i should’ve just cut my hair myself and it would have turned out better. i definitely should not have paid or tipped but life goes on
