I’m very disappointed with my experience. Earlier this month I went in for a haircut and specifically asked for minimal layers and soft face-framing pieces. Unfortunately, Karina gave me very choppy, unblended layers, especially in the front. The face-framing pieces are so uneven that it looks like I have hime-style bangs, which is not at all what I requested. At the salon, the haircut seemed fine because it was styled, but once I washed my hair at home and let it air dry, the issues became very obvious. My hair was finally getting long, and now I’ll need to go to another stylist and cut more length just to fix the damage. This haircut cost $150, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I had an amazing experience at this salon! Cailin did my curly cut and absolutely nailed it. She really took the time to understand my curl pattern, explained what she was doing, and made sure everything was tailored to my hair. The cut brought my curls back to life and made them look healthier and more defined than ever. The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and I left feeling confident and happy with my hair. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cailin to anyone with curly hair!

I booked an appointment with Ana for my daughter’s birthday (we were a little nervous since it was our first time getting hair done in NC after moving from up north), and it turned out to be the best decision! From the start, Ana’s communication was excellent, and my daughter had such a fun, positive experience. We absolutely loved how her hair came out—Ana is truly the best!!!

Leda and her staff are amazing! I felt so welcomed and Taken care of from beginning to end! I love my hair and I am referring all my friends! Took me years to finally find a salon where I felt totally understood when explaining what I wanted! They understood the assignment. Lol

Becca was my hair stylist and she was amazing!! The atmosphere in the salon is so positive and their professionalism and skills are the best I’ve seen in the triangle. They care about making you happy and not the dollar amount which is rare to find. I will definitely go back!
