I would like to leave a review about my recent experience at Tomy Rivero. First, the place is extremely clean and it’s a beautiful salon. The staff are constantly looking around and checking to make sure everything is in order, which I really appreciated. My experience overall was good, but I was definitely not happy with the outcome of my nails. I feel like when you’re a new client, you should probably be paired with one of the top nail techs so you can leave with a really good first experience. I went in during the evening and the lighting inside was a little dim, so I couldn’t really see everything clearly while I was there. I get my nails done monthly at Tomy Rivero with Jennifer, and I couldn’t be happier! She’s incredibly friendly and pays close attention to every detail. My manicures and pedicures always turn out beautifully and last nearly a full month. I highly recommend her!

I had such a great experience getting a structured gel french manicure for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Cheryl has amazing attention to detail! She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. The shape, the structure, and the french tip were all so clean. I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending her to everyone.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, and while the whole team is great, Jennifer is the MVP. She’s insanely talented so much so that if something isn’t perfect, she’ll fix it before I even notice. I used to stick to simple sets, but her artistry has me hooked on trying new styles. I always leave with a big smile, thanks to Jennifer and the amazing crew, front desk included.

The receptionist confirmed my appointment and personally walked me to my chair to prepare for my pedicure. I was presented with a menu of services and beverages and invited to order a drink, which added a luxurious touch to the visit. My esthetician checked in with me, made sure the water temperature was comfortable, and provided attentive, detailed care throughout both my pedicure and manicure. She did an amazing job, my hands and feet looked and felt incredible. In a city where customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, the team at Tomy Rivero truly delivered a five-star, red-carpet experience. Thanks
