I have been coming here for years and lately the service is nowhere near as good. Now everyone is rushing to get the next person in. Over filing my toe nails breaking them in the process where I’ve had to add acrylic so they look uniform. (Getting charged for their error) Got my nails done on Saturday the polish on my toe is bubbled from failure to fully dry before rushing me out AND my toes were cut diagonally. This is not the first incident and unfortunately I won’t be coming back

I’ve been to this salon three times, but my most recent experience was disgusting and caused a serious health issue. When removing my second set of nails, I noticed a green spot underneath the gel and specifically asked the nail tech if I should be concerned. She told me “no,” and I trusted her professional judgment. Two weeks later, I now have fungus on multiple nails—something my doctor confirmed likely developed from that untreated spot. I had called the salon to explain what happened, provide proof, and request a refund, but they refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. Instead, offering me a service of a “free gel mani” as if I would want to return to such an establishment. The set shown is only two weeks old.
