Tola African Braiding

There was a tall dark skin women with short hair I cant remember her name it took her 5 minutes to answer the door and no was was there she was very standoffish and was not welcoming at all we tried to discuss prices styles and colors but kept on insisting we look at the website instead of making it easy on us she asked us if we booked an appointment and we already booked one online she told us one thing about a style and price and then said she didn't say what she said she was rude an argumentative and when I tried to tell her that she said the price was 350 she said do I look like I have dementia out of all the African places I've been too ive never experienced this behavior and I have over ten years of customer service experience as a server driver and Jr assistant manager.

I was recommended to Tola African braiding and I am so glad for this recommendation. Tola and her assistant was so professional and friendly. I absolutely love my hair and have received many compliments. The hair style makes me feel classy and sophisticated. She also has an African clothing store and tailors many amazing styles. I bought a lovely blouse also.

Was looking for a hair shop to do men’s box braids and found Tola’s shop. She’s professional and very good at what she does and provided good customer service and pricing for me! Will be back when it’s time to get them done again for sure!!
