Toe Heaven

So yesterday I went to get my nails done at toe heaven and not only was the guy rude and unprofessional but he clearly was not good at his job. I don’t like to complain or make a scene I kindly asked the nail tech to remove a design that I was not happy with. Clearly more than one nail needed to be fixed but I asked him to fix one. He got so mad at me and started yelling at me that I had wasted his time. I’m sorry Sir but if anyone wasted anyone’s time it was you if you would have told me you couldn’t do a simple oval shape French tip I would have gone somewhere else. Not only did he yelled at me but he threaten to cut them off, again all I said was for him to remove the design. Walked in and wanted to get two pedicures ( for me and my daughter) and a mani for me. We had to aak about prices..no prices displayed. Then when asked if they take a card I was told zelle cash app venmo. Thinking there was a language issue we asked again and my daughter asked again if they took a card. The man stated to her. That is not an app! The lady then told me I could use an atm. Why should I have a fee? Never will return...there was nothing displayed that they didn't take cards either. What salon shop doesn't take cards?

BEWARE!! CLASSROOM OF KINDERGARTEN KIDS can do better job! I paid $152 for 2 no chip full sets and one pedicure with no chip polish on top of tipping $30!!!! It’s so dark u can’t see too well until u get into light and took my daughter todqy for feet and nails for prom and I am horrified! I ha e had nails for years and never experienced this terrible of work before! When I complained about the work guy did lady says sit down she will fix it🤣🤣 no thank u! Do not go there I don’t care if I’m a bind for time DO NOT and look and my pictures and then see if u would like to walk around like this??? Only cash app, zelle, check or cash no debit/credit cards we’ll guess what?? I’m in luck cause I’m old fashioned and not tech savvy I had to only pay with card! So I am disputing this charge!!! Really used to love coming here for pedicures. Recently went in to get my nails done in preparation for vacation (I can never have my nails done due to my line of work so this was a special treat). I told the gentleman that I didn't want no-chip. I didn't feel I needed it due to the extra cost and short length of time I'd be wearing them, but I was ultimately talked into it because of the speed of dry time. I told him what I wanted and he was unable to do the design requested but another guy could. Due to the dim lighting in the salon and the nude color I chose, I couldn't see that the original guy working on my nails applied the gel and polish so far from my cuticle that it looked like they needed a fill immediately! Full set okay $50. But only two starts becuase they won't take credit cards they said is because the weather and no reception so I have to used the ATM to get cash. Only option is cash or Zelle well I don't Zelle to business. I believe them for a minute about the weather but someone else confirmed that this is always the case only cash or Zelle. If they would let you know upfront about it maybe I would not be upset but they provided service and them tonified me. I found this not a good business practice. What about people who don't have zelle or cash available!!!! For this reason not coming back.
