Along with going here for my normal weekly yoga session and my daughter's homeschool gym class, I had my 6 year olds birthday party here. The teacher, Bobbi, thought up and created this amazing party perfect for her age. So much fun. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Their online scheduling system makes it very easy to book an appointment. I actually arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment and Kaitlyn was more than happy to take me back early. The massage itself was fantastic. Kaitlyn took the time to focus on the areas of my body that were the most stressed. And the price is right at $72 for a one hour massage. I will definitely be back.

Such a great place! Very friendly and welcoming. All the yoga classes are great and vary for your needs or mood. There's a peaceful Zen vibe that hits me as soon as I walk in. Thank you!
