Today’s Nails

Well… I made a mistake, but it turned out to be a very good mistake. I got mixed up with my locations. And originally made an appointment at today’s nails that closed at nine. Instead, I went to the today’s nails that closed at seven and showed up around 7:05. They did not turn me away and they did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and doing My pedicure. I’ll definitely be coming back at a more respectful hour, but I appreciate you staying open long enough to finish my pedicure. thank you!

So I just received a call from Todays Nail front desk clerk, to ask about my review. First off, very unprofessional to question a response provide you weren’t the person listed in the review. Arguing for someone else is Diabolical! Management should reach out to find a way to smooth out customer complaints not to rally on defense, because you cannot change how I feel or WHAT I SAID. Let’s be glad I kept it professional and just left a review. Please do me a favor and not call me to question anything else. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REQUEST A TECH WHO WAS NOT BUSY, to start on my fill in! PERIODT! I’ve never had to In the past. I found that comment the most funny 😄. Walked in and sat right down, my nails were extremely damaged and painful from a previous salon. They were extremely gentle and my nails have looked awesome for 3 weeks. Will absolutely be going back, owners are incredibly kind and helped me pick out a different type of manicure that would be better for my nails, even though it was a cheaper alternative than what I was asking for. Prices are incredible as well!

I've been coming here for about 3 years now and Tina and Le always do a great job. I get in quickly, and they are efficient while making my nails look so good! There is a reason I only let them do my nails. I highly recommend them to everyone I know in Rock Hill!

They never honor appointments and prices change significantly each visit. This use to be the go to salon but has greatly went down hill and now Jack the best nail tech has left also. Will be looking for a new nail salon. Mike is rude and doesn’t care about his customers or Flower. I watch Flower accommodate “sincere” customers over others which is appalling. As the last comment stated, they discriminate. Take your money elsewhere
