I absolutely enjoyed and loved my experience at UltraKare Hair and Beauty. I was serviced by Katrina Mack and she brought life back into my hair after attempting a DIY Big chop about two years ago. My hair was very tangled and uneven but I was confident in my growth and I knew that it was a possibility that I might not get the results I was hoping for. HOWEVER, Katrina exceeded my expectations and was very gentle throughout the entire process which took a while because of my hair texture and length. 5 stars don’t do enough. This was a 10 out of 10 service. Booked for a Big Chop and got the big chop which I absolutely loved! It’s been a long time coming since being back in SC finding an educated hair stylist that’s also not overpriced. Definitely will be back to keep this big chop well maintained by a true professional.

We discussed my routines and she provided great feedback with improvements for daily care. Her energy is amazing!
