Today's Nails

On my life I will never come back here. The girl played with my toes then laughed in my face when I asked for my money back.it took her not even 10 minutes and she was “done” she didn’t even cut my toenails down.. they were well over do to be cut - that’s common sense. I walked out crying not wanting to say anything because that’s not the person I am. Then I couldn’t get over how I payed with my hard working money for some bs. So I came back in and the lady sat me back down to the same girl without saying a word to me. The girl was working on someone else’s toes at the time and payed me no attention - which was fine Then she tried to say that i needed a fill in that she asked and i said gel polish. Which i did it’s what i always get and my toes com out looking fine. The lady that say me do

The lady snatched off all my eyebrows and when i told her i didn’t like them she kept trying to convince me that they looked good it doesn’t matter what you think if i don’t like it i shouldn’t have been charged point blank period. Ever since she did that i had to fill in my eyebrow to make them thick again. She charged me full price for a poor job and for that i will never spend another dime.

I went in expecting to have a long wait. I was actually in the chair and out the door within an hour. Nails look really good. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Because of what I work with they suggested the gel, as it can handle more heavy work loads.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON THEY WILL DO 1 SERVICE & HAVE YOU WAITING 1hr MINUTES TO GET YOUR NEXT SERVICE DONE THEN WILL THEY WILL BULLY YOU INTO GETTING SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT THEY MADE ME CUT ALL OF MY REAL NAILS OFF AFTER MY PERSONAL NAIL TECH ADVISED ME THEY COULD BE SAVED THEY WILL STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF SERVICING YOU BECAUSE YOURE VISIBLY UPSET ABOUT YOUR SERVICE GO SERVICE ANOTHER CLIENT HAVE YOU WAITING 20 MINUTES THEN COME BACK AND TRY TO SERVICE YOU ARE THIS HAS TO BE ONE THE WORST NAIL SALON IN FLORENCE PLEASE DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR REAL NAILS OR GET THE SERVICE YOU WANT THEY WILL RUSH THROUGH YOUR NAILS JUST FOR THEM TO LOOK BACK

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. my sister & i went here yesterday wasn’t asked what length i wanted, told me “oh honey you wouldn’t look good with long nails. cut me to the point where my fingers already infected. & the application is just terrible. paid $75 for something my toddler could’ve done 10 times better!!
