Best guys ever. Was here on work travels from Kansas City and decided to pop in and they treated me and my friend like family. Very great place, HIGHLY recommend the cryotherapy chamber. My coworker had knee pain from a work injury and after the session he had no pain at all. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out.

After putting in the hard work at Orange Theory. My next stop is XGen Cryo! This part is important too. It’s my recovery, my relaxation and, my overall wellness. The red light therapy, the sauna, I’m there for all of it! Love the staff too! A great investment to make in yourself! 🥰

I love having access to so many naturally healing treatments in one location. I love using the leg compression and red light therapy. The cryo is so good and they provide the cutest slippers so your feet don’t get too cold!

If you are in pain or just need a quick relaxing you need to try this place out! It is great recovery for any post workout. I hurt my back and George set me up a few sessions with cold crying. In a word AMAZING! My pain is gone! Most try it out!
