Michelle the employee who assisted me and my daughter was such an amazing person. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about the product, but she has an award winning personality that makes you feel so comfortable and like you have known her for years. I will absolutely refer everyone I come in contact with to go visit Michelle!

Today Nail Supply has seen such a marvelous transformation since the new ownership last year. They have truly evolved into the go-to community nail supply store. The owners are sincere and earnest in their want to help the Triad. Never pushy or judgmental, they always have the most cutting-edge and latest in glamour, technology and accessories. Their communication is great, although there is one person who stocks there whose English isn’t the strongest, which may be perceived as discriminatory or dismissive to some, but he’s a well-meaning and respectful fella. The prices are always fair and competitively priced, lower than other local supply stores for sure. For example, their box of 50 face masks only goes for $17; at the Home Depot, last time I was there, a box of 50 was well over $30!

The store worker could not have been more helpful if he tried. He was so helpful. I was so elated.

I used to love coming here.. I stopped due to the old man constantly following me around making me extremely uncomfortable, every time I would go in to buy supplies I would ask for prices and they would constantly change the prices and give me some lame excuse when I would tell them that wasn’t the price they gave me the day before. I now go to Love Nail Supply down the street which I love and highly recommend!
