To Heal is to Love

Working with Valerie for craniosacral therapy has been a wonderful experience. I started seeing her during a time when I had just stopped using marijuana and my body was going through a detox process. One of the hardest things for me was sleeping, and her sessions helped me so much. After each session with Valerie, my nervous system felt noticeably calmer and more organized, and I was finally able to rest again. The work is incredibly gentle but very powerful. It felt like my body was being guided back into balance rather than forced. Because of the sessions, the detox symptoms didn’t feel nearly as intense as I expected. What sets Valerie apart is how much she genuinely cares. When I mentioned some anxiety I was experiencing, she offered helpful tips and resources beyond our sessions. She’s authentic, easy to talk to, and our time together flies by because she makes you feel so comfortable. I’ve already seen huge improvements in my c-section scar and mobility through her mercier therapy, which has made such a difference in my life. If you’re navigating postpartum recovery, have had a c-section, or are dealing with fertility concerns, Valerie is an absolute gem. I’m so grateful to have found her.

Valerie is amazing! I see her for craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and massage, depending on what I need on that particular day. She is not only talented and intuitive, but a warm and interesting person to chat with. My sessions with her are my favorite part of each week. 5++ stars!!

Valerie is the absolute best! She literally heals me before and after big tennis tournaments. I sleep better, feel better, and play better! Over the years, I have learned so many incredible tips from her about products, routines, etc. outside of my massage sessions. She is an absolute gem and is so knowledgeable!
