V helped fix my nails from a separate salon that I wasn’t a fan of. She really put effort and care into my nails and she was extremely sweet and the difference between my nails helped me feel so much more confident about my nails. She was also extremely sweet and I would absolutely recommend her service ! The service I received was a hard gel fill.

First time at this nail salon & I will be back! Got a hard gel French manicure and soft gel bright fun pedicure. They explained to me the difference between the two gels- very knowledgeable. Great conversation. Nice people.

Removal was very good. My nails are very sensitive and I don't tolerate the drill, so they were kind enough to remove it more gently with the file. But the shape and the quality of the coloring is not good. The edges are not neat, the shape of my two nails are diagonal and not straight, the color is bubbling.

This is the worst manicure I've received in Vegas. The nail tech just slapped builder gel on my nails with almost no prep,and then did minimal shaping. My nails are lumpy, messy, and the polish doesn't even cover the whole nail. I paid because I was just in shock, but I'm so upset and looking for another salon to fix this. I was so hopeful because of the reviews, but now I'm so distrustful of ratings. In response to the salon's below response: I did tell the nail tech (Lilly, I think?) throughout my entire time there. There was first confusion over what I wanted. I requested "hard, structured gel" and it was only when she picked up the colored polish without applying said hard gel that I realized there was a problem. After some back and forth with another nail tech, they settled that "oh!
