They do not rush through your nails or feet, prioritizing thoroughness and customer satisfaction. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and provides a welcoming environment.

Been a customer for about 10 years and this used to be my favorite salon. They never fully recovered from the COVID era. There used to be the mother, her 3 sons, plus one daughter-in-law as techs. But one son (the best tech) has left and the son with kids is always busy, so I can never get in his chair. Mom is GREAT. But I keep ending up with the youngest son (no kids) and he is the WORST. Constantly trying to upsell you. Will say he can't do what you ask for and then offer another procedure that costs more. He is extremely RUDE. He rushes and skips steps if you don't watch him. Like he will skip the cuticle oil on your hands and things like that. He gave me a pedicure one time and my feet felt awful and needed trimming after one week. I am seriously considering leaving altogether because

I came on the weekend to get a fill. They were full so in order to not have this problem again i called to make an appointment for the coming Friday. The owner answered with Why you no speak rudely. I don’t know if he doesn’t understand how phones work but usually you wait for someone to say something when they answer the phone before you speak. I tried to make an appointment for Friday and he said you have to put $25 down. I said OK then he said if you late you don’t get a refund and we don’t do the service. I take the metra. I can’t guarantee I’m not going to be five minutes late. I do my best and it’s never been a problem any other place I get services done. I’ve never dealt with such rudeness. I’ve come here quite a few times, but sadly, they clearly don’t care about returning customer

Been coming here since august and I’ve had a great experience from both nail techs! I always get a no chip. Will be coming here for now on.
