The salon was very nice and clean and the stylists were very welcoming. With that being said, my review is solely based on the beautician who did my hair, who I choose not to name. Not only was she late showing up, she had two other clients waiting as well, which means my appointment will now be delayed. What should’ve been a two hour appointment turned into four. Not only was I there for four hours, but I was overcharged for the service I received, as the original style I booked for wasn’t going to work, according to her. Again, my review is just based on who I saw, not the salon as a whole as they are wonderful and fun women, and you should book with them!

It was my first time getting a quick weave I was very nervous, but all of her staff were welcoming including Alyse. The environment was professional and relaxing.I was referred by one of my friends that goes there. Alyse did an amazing job!!! I definitely will be coming back. Thank you ladies!!!!

I’m from out of town. I booked online just hoping 🙏🏽 and wishing🤞🏽. I immediately received a confirmation after paying a deposit (I’m always skeptical about that!). My stylist name is Aaliyah. She was on time, friendly knowledgeable and very professional! I got a sew-in with 4 bundles and she ATE EVERY WEFT U HEAR ME?! I appreciate your time, and thank you for your patience (my head is BIG YALL)!! I will come here again and again and again I have already recommended like 4 ppl! It’s a definite no for me. Service was absolutely horrible. When Alyse was told she had a client waiting she said no I don’t. I proceeded to show her my proof of booking with a deposit. She acted like she had an attitude. She rushed through my hair. I could hear my hair burning and popping with the flat irons. When she finished it did not look like a $160 ponytail. I swear a 8th grader could have done a better job. My ponytail was loose the first day. Sis needs to learn customer service skills. I will never return…please take my advice and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it all all. Part was crooked and all. Save your coins and go elsewhere! It’s a million woman doing hair no one should be subject to rude treatment when spending hard earned money. This location is AMAZING it has everything you need inside! The women are phenomenal and very friendly! This beautiful salon really makes you feel at home and comfortable! 10/10
