Megan has done a great job with my hair for months now. Laid back atmosphere and old school vibes - i love it!!

Love the ladies who work here (they're so nice!) and have down my lifetime favorite haircut, period. Overall, fantastic results and a place that makes you feel welcome and relaxed.

Followed my stylist, Renee, to TJs a few months back. Renee is very experienced and talented, was recommended to me by my previous amazing stylist, Frank (now retired from the business), and I feel very blessed to have found them. Both have worked on a national level, which is rare locally and my hair has never looked better. The move to TJs made a good thing even better since the salon has more capacity and services than where she was previously and everyone I've met so far at TJs has been terrific. I hesitate to post such a great review as I want to keep her all to myself, however I know she has a little space in her book (at least at this moment - probably won't last) and she promised me she would always have space for me (and I'm holding her to it!).

When I first moved to town and had to look for a new hairdresser, I decided to check out TJ's Family Hair Care because of the word family in the name. My thoughts were that this would be a place where the whole family could go; that I would be treated like family there; and that it may be a family-owned business. I don't do elaborate stuff with my hair, but when I find someone I like and we develop an understanding and relationship, I don't want to find they've suddenly moved on to another salon. Katie is my go-to at TJ's! Right from the start, she knew what to do and continues with such professionalism! TJ's has done all the right things to accommodate Covid precautions too. Highly recommended!

I'm not one to complain, however I got the worst hair cut ever here. I also got highlights, which started not at the roots, but almost half an inch down and already looked grown out. The highlights were uneven, as was the haircut, and I had to go to a different salon the next day to get it fixed.
