had a mixed experience here. The staff were kind, my eyebrows came out great, and my toes were done well. However, I was disappointed with my nail service. I showed a picture of the design I wanted. They mentioned it looked like a bat, so I clarified and asked for a drip design instead. The first attempt at the drips was just a few squiggly lines, so I had to show another reference photo and explain again. Even after that, the drips still came out sloppy and rushed. Because of the time spent correcting the design, the appointment ran much longer than expected. It was my birthday, and my nails needed to be done, so I ended up settling for a completely different set that wasn’t what I originally wanted. Got a set done for my birthday. Provided the inspiration pic and Jennie went right to work, completely exceeded my expectations!! The set was perfect for the beach *chef’s kiss*

I always get gel polish on my nails and not on my toes. Reason being is I feel like they drill the toenails too thin and my toenails split or crack. Today the young lady who did my pedi , couldn’t get the regular polish to match the gel polish. I wanted red tip on my toes . She kept using a pink base before applying the red polish. I just requested she just use red bc it looked odd. Darryl came over and tried to loud talk me about gel polish and regular red polish. I asked if the forlorn could be changed to red. They said if I want a color change I’d have to pay 10 bucks. I ended up paying 90 bucks for this mess. Anyone can clearly tell that isn’t red on my toes. I will never return for their service.!!

I LOVE this shop!!! The wait is worth it! Kim does the best pedicures EVER! She makes your feet look brand new! Lisa is my nail technician and she is great! Tommy and Dee do an amazing job on my daughter's nails. I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s usually good but this day the man(Darrell) who did my nails was really rude I asked if he could do my nails a certain way and he couldn’t and I was fine with that it was just curved nails I only wanted a simple red set for my birthday. he started to just put acrylic on my finger/ nails/ skin and they were really thin. I asked if he could apply a little more acrylic and he was like “ you have to get somebody else to do your nails.” This nice couple fixed my nails and I was very pleased. But I will not be back. Darrell is plan rude. Request Kim for a pedicure she is an absolute sweetheart!!!!!
