The “manager” blonde Sarah came up looking uninterested and disheveled to help out the awesome cashier, Sandy…Sarah was rude and said “just so you know, we went above and beyond by helping you, we could of sent you out the door like we will next time that you don’t have your receipt.” So, Sarah is under the impression because they decided to “help” me that they can pick any old item to compare a price and even though I said it was 24.99 for the Calvin Klein pants, she picked any plaid pant brand and said 16.99. So after getting a gift card I see the exact pants and guess what they were 24.99 like I remembered. The coordinator (Jackie, I believe) is consistently rude and unprofessional. My return was already being handled smoothly by a sales associate, yet she came over with an attitude, stared at me, and demanded to see the receipt for no reason. It felt unnecessary, targeted, and completely out of line. This isn’t an isolated incident — this is the second time I’ve dealt with her rude behavior. When I addressed it, the manager brushed it off with, “She’s doing her job,” which tells me the management here accepts disrespectful treatment of customers. The cashier, I believed was named Linda, made a racist comment while I was checking out, referring to Asian people as “orientals” in a derogatory way. It made me incredibly uncomfortable and the company should know that it reflects poorly on them.

If your middle age the clothes are all for young adults and teenagers. The shorts are so short and the tops might cover the bra area. Any department is like that ! Then they do have a top its long sleeve for the elderly. No thanks. Not happy.Awful selections.
