Studio Luxe Salon and Boutique

I took my daughter to Studio Luxe Salon and it was one of the worst salon experiences we’ve had. She came in excited with a specific hair color and even showed a picture, but Christine—who claimed to have years of experience—refused to do what she asked without giving any real explanation. What my daughter ended up with looked nothing like the reference. The entire appointment felt rushed and dismissive. We didn’t feel listened to at all, and the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. This was supposed to be a special, fun experience for my daughter, but she left upset and disappointed. I found Studio Luxe when I was searching for a place to understand my hair better. I left previous appointments at other salons disappointed in my cut, color, heaviness of my hair. Turns out, I had wavy/curly hair and they weren't handling it properly. I have now been seeing Ellen for 2 years. She has helped my hair become healthier and longer than ever while providing the usual banter of stories you only tell your hairdresser...

For the price point, I’d go elsewhere, except I followed a great stylist here. I might end up leaving him because of the shop. I was greeted by another stylist, but she did not offer to take my coat or to show me where to hang it. The restroom was dusty, its floor dirty and the hand towel was stained. Only one stylist was dressed professionally. Most looked sloppy. (It might not be just my preference, but I found the music abrasive.) Very disappointed. I followed my hair stylist from a different location and was happy to find Luxe a great place to have my hair done at this location. It's still close enough to my home to be convenient. The store is always clean and people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. The salon has a nice selection of products. Not only can you get your hair done, they also have many other services such as spray tanning, massage, and eyelash work. I'm happy with Luxe, give them a try, I see Christine although any of the other stylists do good work as well. The owner also works on clients too!

The environment here is great! everyone is super friendly, welcoming, & kind. I’ve been a loyal client to Christine for years and I’m always beyond happy with my hair when I leave her seat. Professional, talented, and truly cares about her clients! Highly recommend this location & Christine if you are looking for a stylist :)
