Talk about Pain Management! Terra knows what he’s doing. This ain’t no foofoo massage, this is healing. I can’t recommend Terra enough for his knowledge and expertise. I run quite a bit and from what I thought was an issue in my low back, Terra discovered the root of my pain was in my hamstrings. Terra helped me work through this as well as my running mechanics to improve my posture and gait, and avoid the possibility of pulled muscles and other tension/over compensation of other muscles. He’s also helped with other problem areas in my upper back and neck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Terra is an amazing massage therapist and truly cares about your pain management.

Absolutely fantastic massage clinic! Everything about this was great, the ambiance and quiet with gentle music playing was so relaxing, the heated table was super comfortable, and the massage was fantastic, the hot stones were great and helped so much, and he was great to talk to as well! He was very personable and great to talk to, and it was nice to have little bits of conversation between different area massages. I seriously left this massage feeling fantastic, definitely a little sore but in a very good way, and I immediately booked another appointment (and one for my wife too!) because I absolutely want to experience this again and keep my momentum moving forward to relaxing my body and getting all my muscles back to the best they can be. I met Terra before booking my appointment and just knew we'd have a great session together. After much physical therapy and chiropractic work focusing on my neck and shoulders, Terra came in with some thoroughly impressive and well informed deep work, addressing muscle groups in completely new ways from the other professionals! The space is professional and welcoming, I can't wait to continue treatments at TiSoma 💆‍♀️

I think this is actually the best massage I’ve ever received. I have certainly had deep tissue massages before but after my massage with Terra, I’m not sure I’ve ever had a true deep tissue massage. I’m so glad I looked at reviews on Facebook and scheduling was extremely easy and I was able to get in pretty quickly. I love that he doesn’t accept tips!
