Tiptoes Nail Salon

I don’t want to bash a business because it’s their livelihood - but I have to call it for what I see it. First, this nail..barber shop? was so hard to find, I had to call my technician. Second, my technician (Anna), was not friendly in the slightest. Very off putting, didn’t even say hello to me when I walked in. Third, EVERY single bottle of nail polish was DISGUSTING. I wish I would have snapped a photo of them (so many colors, but barely any selection with how empty/dried out they are). Fourth, when it came time to the exfoliation, she put the scrub and rubbed it on DRY skin, didn’t even wet it. But not even that, there’s an old, dirty, crusty spoon used to scoop the scrub up. She scooped it with said spoon, grabbed it with one hand, RUBBED IT ON MY LEGS, and then went in for another sc

My gel manicure started chipping 2 days after they were done. There was also a clump of polish that had dried on one side of my nail and it came off within days of the service. It has been a week and all the gel has started peeling off. Should have known when there was no sign other than at the road for the business, the way it looked when I finally found it, and the fact that since no one answered the phone when I called to figure out where in the shopping complex it was located that the results would be horrible.

First time trying this place, bought on Groupon. Couldn’t find the place which is disappointing and when I did I was not impressed upon entering. The lady wasn’t too friendly and the pedicure was pretty fast. The polish work could be better but it’ll work until I find another place to get it done again. Sadly I won’t return…Ive had much better massaging and service at the places. I feel she could’ve done better cleaning under my nails and around to get any dirt, dead skin, etc. it’s so hard to find a place that really takes time to get all that stuff out. I have bad callus skin on both big toes and really need it taken out to prevent pain.

This place is a little hidden it is located on the side of the laundromat. I went in there with my aunt from Florida and Gennifer was awesome she did exactly what we asked for. I had got the almond shaped nails gel set.

The ladies here do an excellent job and take their time. I had a gel manicure and was VERY pleased. Will visit again. ****UPDATE: Three years later and this is still the only place I go for my nails. Jenny is awesome and always does an excellent job on my nails and is very reasonably priced. Love Tip Toes!*****
