First time here, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I came in for a regular mani-pedi, but similar to other reviews, there was immediate upselling. I agreed to a “cocktail pedicure,” but quickly realized there was no meaningful difference from a regular pedicure. The only additions were a scented capsule briefly placed in the water and a foot cream packet that was opened but barely used. There was no heel treatment at all, which made the extra charge feel unjustified. When I asked to stop the upgrade, I was told I couldn’t because the package had already been opened, even though it hadn’t been used yet. The manicure was where things really went wrong. I just got my nails done by Paulynn, and I am absolutely in love! She took her time and paid attention to every little detail, making sure my set came out perfect. I got a dark blue color with 24-karat gold leaf, and they are seriously the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had. Paulynn is so talented, patient, and professional. STAY AWAY - Infected toe from getting cut. Would not refund my money after they looked at the cut on two different toes…very disappointed in their customer service from someone getting hurt. I've been getting my bio nails done consistently by Paulynn and she is amazing. Finally found someone who does my nails the way I love them. Neat, leveled, keeps my nails healthy, and short. Highly recommend her!

I had an amazing experience today at Tipsy Salon! Lexi took great care of me and she did amazing on my toes! Especially these were my birthday nails so they had to be perfect.
