Super Unprofessional And Super Hostile…I Came For Two Services, They Had A New Man Doing My Toes And When I Told Him To Stop Due To Him Cutting Me He Refused And Continued…Then When I Asked For A Different Tech I Was Dismissed And Ignored…I Got My Eyebrows Waxed, She Waxed To Much Off And Tried To Fill It In With A Pencil Which I Did Not Ask For!!!! While Paying I Gave Her Feed Back About My Eyebrows And She Completely Disrespected Me And Told Me Not To Return…Do NOT GO HERE!!! They Hurt People And Expect Them To Pay…Very Disrespectful And Takes No Accountability

Would NOT recommend! They only cater to a certain kind of folk. The older gentleman in the back did my Mani & Pedi. His polishing skills are horrible. I asked one of the main nail tech how my nails looked, she laughed at me...I paid. I will never be back for anything nail related. NEVER go to the older gentleman in the back for anything. * I also left my Burberry glasses. They'll prob keep those. Not even fussing about em.

Rude! Rude! RUDE! I walked in said “Hello! Good Morning!” The 2 old men just stared at me. I said it again, same thing. I said it again, followed by “Wow! Yall are running a business and will take my money but won’t address me?!” old guy #1 says “What do you want?” RUDE…. Then an old lady comes out and says “You have attitude” and argues with me about how I’m wrong, when clearly it was them. I’m not one to act out in public, but I cursed them OUT, and I have no regrets. I understand this salon isn’t in the classiest of areas, and may not service the classiest of ppl but it’s NOT ok to profile, disregard and show blatant disrespect to those who are supporting your business when it’s 1000 other nail salons that DO address their customers on the walk in. I absolutely love this nail salon! Ken is the BEST hands down at what he does!! I’m super picky with my nails, but I haven’t had any issues with this place!! Be ready to wait a while if you’re waiting on Ken, he’s definitely worth the wait!

Sigh, I was really disappointed. All I asked for was a regular pedicure…. The gentleman although was nice, he cut two of my toes and made them bleed. He didn’t tell me but I could feel it and see it bleeding. I asked for one color and it was chunky and thick. I watched him put stuff in the nail polish to ‘thin it out’ and it only made it worse. There is nail polish all over my toes. The pedicure felt rushed. I paid for my service because I didn’t want to make a big deal, but just bummed over this.
