Tip Top Nails

Tran, Annie, Anthony, had made my nail salon appointment experience great. I love my birthday full set that Anthony done. He killed it like usual. With Tran and Annie, I love how they gave me the Y2K pedicure design on my big toes. I will come back and see them. I highly recommend them.

If you didn’t want to do my nails that’s all you had to say. I had Anthony a few weeks ago and he was lovely. His station was a mess and he didn’t clean it before starting my nails. This time the same thing. Started working on my nails and didn’t bother cleaning. He also had a nasty attitude. And my nails were so bad, I went straight to Walgreens to buy polish to cover them. My nails are also sitting on my cuticles and are bumpy. He turned my almond shape to round and the design I wanted looked nothing like the picture. It was a simple heart. Not to mention he CUT me without an apology. My fingers are swollen probably because he won’t let me cure anything for too long. He barely acknowledged my presence. And did more talking on the phone than to me.

I appreciate all my artist did to try and help, but it felt like I was trying to be convinced they were something they were not. I ended up nixxing my designs all together and just went with solid polish. I was offered a charm to add on at the end when he could tell I was still upset. I do not feel this was worth the money ($153 + 20% tip). ((They were paid for by a friend before I could discuss the value of the quality.)) I am looking to get them corrected elsewhere.

I haven’t been able to get a pedicure in over a year. My health hasn’t been the best lately. But today I was able to go even though I was still in pain. They handled me with so much love and care. I hope their business flourishes even more. They truly deserve it.

I have been going here for 25 years. I have had various employees do my nails beautifully leaving me no reason to ever try any other place. Tina is the absolute best and hand paints any design I ask for just by looking at a picture. She is so talented!! I would never bother going anywhere else!
