Tip Top Nails

I cannot recommend Tip Top Nails Enough! I’ve gone three times so far, once before a major trip and twice just for fun, and every single time my nails have come out AMAZING and stay on for a decent while! Each visit, they do such an incredible job. ☺️ Roy has been the one doing my nails each time I come in, and I really appreciate how honest and helpful he is. He always gives me a heads up if a design might not work well with the type of polish in my inspo pictures, my natural nail length, or my budget. Because of that, my nails always turn out even better than the pictures I show him! 🎉 Him and his wife are the sweetest people! His wife does my mom’s nails, and she always leaves LOVING them. I’ve been coming here for a little bit over a year, Unfortunately, the last few times I went in I’m not leaving with what I’ve asked for and they make it extremely uncomfortable when you try to correct them. I’m always waiting at least 20 minutes for the other girl to come in when the appointment time is at nine. She even broke one of my nail beds and didn’t even tell me until I looked down, And I didn’t even feel it But thank goodness I looked down and saw. I then told her to take all of the acrylic off. I don’t think I should’ve paid at all for that appointment being that my nail was halfway ripped off my actual nail bed. I was seeing the owner, but then he switched me to someone else so I’m not sure really why that is Because I never had an issue when he did them.

Nice, clean salon with friendly staff. I had a wonderful pedicure here for the first time. The prices were comparable to any other salon I've been to. We had to wait a little bit for our scheduled appointment, but worth the wait.

Tip Top Nails is the only nail salon I ever visit in Elizabeth City. My sister introduced me to them. She said their cleanliness is exceptional and I've always agreed. My favorite little luxury is the jelly pedicure. This time I came in with an idea... I wanted strawberry and green toes. They nailed it. How cute are these little piggies? Now I'm ready for spring!

I'm a somewhat new transplant here to the area, and for the last 6 months have been desperately looking for a good nail salon. I've been to three other's and have been completely let down with the service and care those places have provided. I finally found THE place for my nail care needs. Lynn was absolutely top notch in her service and care with my pedicure. The environment was clean, welcoming and relaxing. The chair's offer a nice massage while you sit and get your nails done. Lynn took great care of removing an ingrown toenail, her painting technique, massage of my feet and lower legs. This is my go-to spot. So happy with the customer service and the quality of their work.
