Chelsea is the brow queen! I went to her to get my brows done for my wedding, and she made them look absolutely fantastic. I’ve now seen her twice and already have my next appointment booked, she’s just that good. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she also makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time.
