Lauren Payne is the best blonde colorist I’ve ever been to! I started seeing her in LA in 2021 and was so excited when she moved to AZ a few years later so that I can continue getting my hair done by her. Her technique and attention to detail are truly unmatched—my blonde always grows out seamlessly, and the roots look incredibly natural. Beyond her talent, Lauren is kind, honest, and someone I completely trust with my hair… and maybe my life (lol). If you’re blonde and looking for the colorist, I cannot recommend Lauren enough!!

I had such a great experience at this salon and with Lauren Payne (@laurenpaintsphoenix)! This was my second time seeing Lauren, and she continues to blow me away. She is truly an artist at her craft and takes so much care and intention with her work. On top of that, she is just amazing to talk to and makes the entire appointment feel relaxed and just like girl time, you know? The salon itself is super cute, clean, and trendy, and the overall vibe was very welcoming. All of the other stylists were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. RiKenna is truly incredible. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely taken care of. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful - beyond what I even imagined. She is so talented, detail-oriented, and clearly passionate about what she does. On top of that, her conversation is amazing. She has such a warm, genuine energy that makes you feel instantly comfortable. What usually takes a good chunk out of your day somehow flew by in what felt like minutes. I actually forgot how long I’d been there because I was having such a great time.
