I recently visited Timeless Spa Center for their $99 facial special, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the facility felt incredibly clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — exactly what you hope for when you’re going in for a facial. Katelynn was my consultant, and she was so knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated that she was informative without being pushy. But Paola has been my girl since day one-she is one of the most caring, client focused, and very passionate about the results YOU want. Excellent service for spa and facial treatments—the providers are skilled and the treatments are very relaxing. However, the front desk/reception could use some improvement. At times no one is available, which can be confusing, and there have been occasions where appointments ran behind, resulting in waits of over 30 minutes past my scheduled time.
