Every area that needed attention was addressed perfectly, and I left feeling renewed and relaxed. The environment was calm, welcoming, and exactly what you want when seeking a healing experience. I have been to many different massage therapists and generally experience a lot of bruising and soreness after they work out my knots and tightness. But I felt great at the end of the massage AND the next day. I was thankful how attentive Jo seemed to my problem areas. She set up a nice environment in her home studio too.
