I am very grateful Heather was recommended to me. She listened to my concerns and addressed the issues. She was very personable & professional and checked in often with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Heather definitely knows her stuff & understands how the body works as a complete system. It was the best therapeutic massage I’ve had (& I’ve had plenty). I’ve been dealing with my issues for quite some time so I know she can’t “fix” me in 90 minutes 🤪 but with continued care, I believe I can feel like myself again! 5 Stars across the board!

Don't be afraid of the table she uses, while it isn't an ordinary massage table it serves its purpose. With a single table adjustment she is able to better access areas to release and calm aggravated muscles. Heather isn't your ordinary/average massage therapist. Her skills include manipulating the muscles so that they release the tension and stress, beyond needing an already sore area. Her techniques provide near immediate relief and long term healing. I highly recommend Heather, especially for those with chronic pain.

I've been seeing Heather for over a year. She's helped my body through several troubled situations. She is extremely knowledgeable about dealing with trigger points and finding troubled areas by moving my limbs. There is no X marks the spot, but she never fails to find THE SPOT. Heather is my first appointment when I return from a road trip.

If you are looking for a massage therapist, give Ken at Time for a Massage a try!! I've appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. He has used a variety of techniques such as hot rocks and towels to help loosen my muscles to give me the best experience. I haven't been sore the next day and leave feeling relaxed. I also appreciate that he asks whether the pressure isn't too much and then gradually increases or decreases the pressure to accommodate for what I need to give me the best results.
