Total Zen Massage & Skin

The space is so calm and inviting and the staff are very welcoming. Coming here, you really feel taken care of. Emily does such a good job and is not only skilled at massages but at explaining how the muscles are reacting and giving practical advice. I’ve been coming to total zen regularly and have noticed a significant decrease in my chronic pain.

Started coming here for massages in the summer. I like to get deep tissue massages as my muscles get stiff every so often. My last massage therapist was unavailable so I decided to try Zen off of University. The building is small, but inside it’s well kept and cozy. I get access to water before and after the massage if I wish. They also offer snacks as well. I can always let Emily know what’s been going on and she’ll try her best to address it. The massage room is very relaxing and clean. I like that after the massage, she always asks what she can do better. I have zero complaints. Emily is very passionate about massages and she is easy to get along with. Prices are reasonable, but it’s getting harder and harder to get a time I want. Courtney was absolutely amazing! She did my daughter's first ever teen facial and Courtney was so open about her process as well as suggestions on steps my daughter can take to take care of her skin moving forward. The spa was super clean and comforting. We will be back 😊

Amazing! I was able to book online without any issues. I got a 40min massage with Emily and she did fantastic. Expertly applied deep pressure to problem areas, courteous, calm, and knowledgeable of areas that could be causing my pain. The location is tucked away but inside is great! Relaxing, beautiful, a client bar with snacks, water, tea, and coffees. Bathroom was nicely done , clean, and had hair ties and tampons if you need. A hot towel was provided at the end to wipe off excess oil and even a mint in the treatment room. So perfect!

My husband originally found Courtney, and I followed. She is the best at what she does.My husband is 6’4” and she is able to apply enough pressure to where he feels like he is getting an amazing massage. The atmosphere is relaxing! She adds so many small details that makes her stand out! I won’t go anywhere else after finding her. Do yourself a favor and get booked with her! She offers some great add ons as well such as cupping, essential oils, and a sauna!
