Tiki Nail Spa

I had such an amazing, much-needed experience here today. Lana was absolutely awesome — my nails look amazing, and the organic pedicure was incredible. She also did a beautiful job waxing my brows and FOLLOW UP: showed up for my appointment today at 2 I had booked several days ago. Spoke to the owner and she said can you come back in an hour? No I have to work on my business. Then called back and asked what happened? I had an appointment …and she told me if you don’t like it go somewhere else then hung up on me. She obviously is a narcissist and doesn’t read or other peoples time. Worst service ever. The owner has her son and he is running around screaming. No wonder her salon is almost closing.

Tavia gave me a full acrylic set and did an amazing job! I changed my mind on the art in the middle of my appointment (before she started on the art) and she was super nice about it. She got the shape, length, and art perfect! I also really enjoy a quiet nail appointment so I can listen to my book/show and she was very friendly about it. Would definitely book with her again.

I went in shared a photo of what I wanted and first the lady who was doing my nails for acrylic was very rough and my nail beds are sore. However I didn’t complain and then another lady had to do the design at first I was really doubting if she could do it in the middle but was very respectful. She asked me is this fine and I didn’t want to be rude but it looked nothing like the photo. I said I don’t think that matches in the nicest way I could. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the colors of fake nails and threw it on the counter and told me to pick. I’m not a nail artist and have never been put into a situation like this. I’ve gotten my nails done since 8 and have never had bad nails or left with any complaints!! I picked the brown I thought was best. When she was doing the design which is

First lesson: if they don’t have prices for nails = bad sign. 2nd lesson: stick to places you know. Myself and few family members decided to try out this nail salon. We live in st Anthony but go to IF for lunch- and decide to try out a new salon since we already do lunch. Well for myself I was getting a fill…. And an eyebrow waxing… didn’t think the price would be bad…. But before tip I was paying 94 - for a fill and an eyebrow waxing ! It felt rushed and quick - only did one coat instead of two. And not even a few days goes by the bottoms of my nails are starting to come up. They are getting caught in my hair and are easily chipping. That is not even the bad part.. my sister in law nail popped off and they refused at first to replace it- she got a full set and hers before tip was 95. She

I had a very custom design that I wanted Done about a fighting game character that I absolutely loved!! I gave them the template and Tavia absolutely rocked it with the design!! 🤩🙌 Incredible work
