Heidi is highly professional and deeply knowledgeable about the body and how it functions. She takes the time to understand what’s really going on and focuses on addressing the root of the problem, not just temporary relief. I especially appreciate the guidance she provides on how to support healing and strengthen the body outside of sessions. This has been so helpful and is something I’ve rarely experienced with other massage therapists. I can’t recommend her enough.

Heidi is an excellent therapist . I was extremely limited to what I could do with a badly injured rotator cuff injury . After each massage I experienced much greater range of motion , less soreness and more strength. I’ve been a certified massage therapist myself since 2000 and can be very critical of other therapist but Heidi does outstanding work and I would recommend her to anyone for injury masssge . You won’t be disappointed!

Heidi is amazing and very good at what she does!!
