No respect at all!!! went here lady was acting rude just because i showed her my inspo pic then proceeded to burn my hair off my hair has never been this thin & damaged before!!!! and it costed over $400 dollars

My fiancée gets her hair cut there by 1 person only his name is Eric he's great. I've had my hair dyed by a woman there she was great except I don't speak Spanish so I had to have Eric translate for me. Trying to communicate with anyone there is impossible., they don't try to speak English at all. I feel very uncomfortable there. If Eric the barber wasn't there, we'd never set foot in there.

They are horrible. They don't have respect or manners. You go in there the guy at the desk which i think is the owner as well he doesn't even greet me at all, one of the man stylist actually greeted me instead while he was doing a client, mind you that i was both next to the man stylist and the owner/guy at the front desk. When the man stylist greeted me that's when the owner/guy at the front desk asked what i wanted and all i wanted was my eyebrows done. i followed him to the back and he asked the woman who supposedly does eyebrows now if she can do it she said no in an unpleasant way. the salon wasn't even that busy but yes most stylist had a client they were working on but there was one stylist who had no one and was looking straight at me when i went to the back with the owner/guy at t

Terrible service. I came in to have an updo done. The lady I was directed to, after 15 mins, says “no i can’t do your hair, I have someone with an appt. She had me sit at another chair after she said she’d do my hair after her other client. She then kept reiterating that she couldn’t take me right away cause I didn’t have an appt. I was directed to two others and waited around for an hour only to be told they wouldn’t take me either. What kind of establishment does this? I can understand waiting because I don’t have an appt , but to be ridiculed and pretty much wasted my time was not okay. They need better management and communication with their potential clients. Now I will be late to a wedding.
