I was near Lexington market in Baltimore and I decided to get my eyebrows trimmed, Now they look amazing! The shop is friendly and clean!

I drive 45 minutes, one way, because Phil is the best barber in Baltimore. The fact that he is an artist (his work is displayed in the shop) is apparent in the precision with which he cuts hair. He has done my eyebrows, shaped my hair up, colored and cut the hair of my two godsons for years. When I come to the shop, I bring photos for him to recreate on my godsons. I have never found something that he was unable to do. He is that gifted. The barbershop is colorful, well-run and family friendly. His staff is talented and reflect the same excellence that he demonstrates and requires. Tight Image is the place to go and Phil is that dude.
