Tiffany Nail Salon

I visited this new for me nail salon for a regular pedicure and had a mixed experience. While the massage chair was a huge plus and worked great throughout the entire service, the rest didn't meet my expectations. I'm used to a proper calf and foot massage, but this felt more like a light touch. Also, the price jumped to $45 just for adding a scrub/cream, which felt overpriced for what I received. To top it off, the polish application was uneven and didn't look very professional. I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, the quality wasn't there.

Cindy was so amazing! I’m really picky about quality of work, and she did amazing!! She was very detailed with cleaning cuticles and the line work of the polish is perfect and very neat and beautiful. I will definitely go again

For $50, I expected cleaner polish and better shaping: I’ve been to this salon a few times since it’s in my neighborhood. I have a few places i like to go, but this one is convenient and I wanted to support a local business. This time, I called ahead and was told a regular pedicure (read: not gel) would be $27. Once I arrived, the tech asked if I wanted gel. I said no, explained I was on a budget, and agreed to a $10 foot care treatment add-on. While I was on a short work call i had to take, she asked me something. I nodded smiling without fully hearing, assuming it was about adjusting my foot. It turns out she was asking about adding foot scrub, which added around another $10 and pushed my total to about $50. When I asked about the price increase, the staff got defensive and explained

It pains me to say this because I’ve been going here for 2 years with great results, but I think it’s time to say bye to Tiffany Nails. This is a photo of my nails that I got done on Jan 20 and these are my nails today on Jan 21. I’ve done nothing in the meantime except work at my desk, I use gloves to wash dishes and didn’t really do much of anything else to warrant this level of chipping after 1 day. The first offense was actually 2 months ago when I went in for a gel removal and manicure, the man who works there did my nails and only used the electric filer to remove the gel. I’ve never seen this method, it’s always been a soak and then acetone with foil on top. I asked him why he’s doing that and he mumbled something and kept going, I asked again and he literally ignored me. My nails

Love coming to Tiffany Nail salon. The bio gel always comes out great and i haven’t experienced breakage (unlike a place I tried right before coming here). The nail art is always on point too!
