Thu Nail Fantasy

Not only did they take 4 hours to do a basic hard gel manicure and pedicure no designs no acrylic or dip powder or anything but one of my big toes is bloody and the other is crooked. They charged us 300 dollars for 2 hard gels and gel pedicures which is double the price I’ve paid at other places. For the price & service will not go back.

They did my nails but didn't dry them like how I'm used to at my main nail salon the one who did my nails also didn't really speak to me and when I asked to cut my toes a little bit still cut them all down short I didn't complain they re still cute but the drying process I shouldn't wait I should be able to have a mini fan and let the polish dry and then so on so forth. Main thing I also didn't like how much they charged for a pedicure and manicure $55 that's super expensive my main nail salon doesn't charge that much and when I get my eye brows and facial done it totals up to that Glendale has a better nail salon price charge and actually good quality nails they only wanted to do gel and not actually what I wanted and didn't listen to not cutting short and in short wouldn't recommend and

Deceitful , bias and unprofessional. Was quoted $70 for gel tips. Sat down, started getting my nails filed… and the “technician” proceeds to measure the nail to my nail bed, without cutting cuticles. I asked when was she going to cut my cuticles, she goes” that’s extra”…. This is exactly why I don’t do my nails. Inconsistent and unreal response. I told her this was a basic part of doing nails and she said “ no it’s $20 extra, cuticles are only for manicures”…. A real life JOKE. Now you’ve lost a customer for good. Stay away from bullcrap

I have been coming here for almost 9 years for pedicures. Ive moved since and still drive past 10+ nail salons to get here. Im not going to tell you who I go to because shes miiine, but everyone at Thu's is great.

This place did my nails so well the lady was super nice and my acrylic nails stayed on for a long time and look super pretty
