Normae is hands down my favorite hairstylist I’ve ever had! She is exceptionally talented and truly saved my hair after a terrible experience at another salon. I have social anxiety, and Normae is amazing at making sure we’re completely clear on the color and the cut before starting. When we’re finished, she always makes sure I’m 100% happy, and I know that if I were ever unhappy, she would fix it without hesitation or any awkwardness! My appointments are fun and relaxing, with the best outcome I've ever had.

Normae Mendoza was amazing! I have been getting my hair done for years with a family member that lives a few hours away and after having a baby I just don’t have the time anymore to be going back and forth. I put all my faith in Normae and she did just what I wanted. She was super amazing, made me feel extremely comfortable and constantly asked me if I liked what she was doing to my hair. I loved the environment she created! Will definitely be coming back to her 😊

Read the reviews before me this is t this salons first time in doing this. I came in Tue Nov. 5 at 12pm for a dimensional blonding with money pieces all was agreed on and my stylist Kali seemed pretty confident. After I was done she said it would look better outside due to the lighting and it would lighten up over time. I paid $400 and left thinking it was fine, 30mins later I notice my roots aren’t blended and half my head has more highlights than the other so I texted her right away asking to come back in she said she already left for the day and to try to come in NEXT WEEK so I called the salon and they scheduled me for the next day with her (which I thought was weird cause I assumed she was booked until next week) (she’s not booked at all checked her availability for the next week) so

Normae is an incredible stylist. I've been seeing her for a few years for haircuts and I finally let her highlight my hair after over 8 years of letting my natural hair grow out. My results were incredible and I'm so glad I finally let her color my hair. Also, she's a really cool girl and I love our conversations. The atmosphere is really pleasant at Three Arrows.

I’m naturally a brunette, but since I started getting gray hair, I started to get highlights, to the point it was too blonde and I hated it. Kali Vanegas sent me a picture of what she thought it would look good with the color I already had, the options were limited because it was almost completely bleached and with dark roots. Kali was amazing! I couldn’t describe her in any other way. She went above and beyond, she came to the salon early because I had a job interview at noon and she wanted to have enough time to get the color done right. The result was amazing! I love the color, the haircut and the way she styled it. I’m never going to let anyone else touch my hair other than her ☺️ I highly recommend her!! I’m sharing the pictures of my before and after 😍
