I had my eyebrows done here, and I will say that service was really good.I was happy with it. However, my experience with the haircut service was very disappointing. I recently grew my hair long and clearly told them that I did not want it cut short, only slightly lighter just trimming the split ends. A full haircut was quoted at $25, which I did not want. I specifically asked them to only cut the edges, and they said it would be $15. I agreed and paid, even though most people trim split ends themselves but I didn’t want to touch my hair myself, so I trusted them. What really bothered me is that there was no proper blow-dry at all. I was sent out with wet hair, so how is anyone supposed to know including me whether the haircut was even done properly? Unfortunately, my experiences with their nail services—specifically manicures—have been consistently unprofessional, and this recent visit was particularly disappointing. We had acrylic nail appointments for two people and arrived on time, only to be told the nail specialist would be available in “5 minutes.” After waiting 15 minutes, we were told the same thing again. Trusting their word, we continued waiting. Over an hour later, after repeatedly being told “just 5 more minutes,” I had to firmly request immediate attention. Was recommended this place for my lashes. Did a hybrid set about a month ago, lashes are still holding on! I’ve been filling it in myself for maintenance. I have no complaints. Personally I don’t need a fancy environment, champagne etc, just a skilled lash tech who used sterilized instruments and clean hands. Highly recommend

LOVE the eyebrows with a girl I usually go to here but the lashes are TERRIBLE. They need to be re trained or something please don’t get them done here. Waste of money and time 👎
