Literally 10/10. The overall aura of this spa is incredible. The music, lighting, scent. The owner Alaina is so knowledgeable and a such a sweet person. I am so happy I found Thomas Rothwell. The prices are much cheaper than other spas and I feel like I got more attention and effort here than anywhere else I’ve been to. For $135 I felt like I received a $500 service. Alaina went above and beyond. This is the type of business I’m honored to give my money to! I left feeling amazing and by the next day the huge blemish I had was practically gone. Truly magic ✨✨ please give this spa a chance!

I had my first facial experience with Hailey today and WOW — I am absolutely glowing! ✨ Her extractions were incredibly thorough (but still gentle), and the facial massage was unreal — truly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. You can tell she’s knowledgeable, intentional, and genuinely cares about your skin and overall experience. Hailey is amazing. I already can’t wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend.

From brow waxing and tinting to facials and peels Naomi is the go-to girl! Naomi creates a calm and welcoming environment and leaves you feeling confident in your own skin. She is highly educated in all things skin and will answer any questions that you have. I cannot imagine ever going to another esthetician!
