I cannot say enough amazing things about my waxer! YESSICA is incredibly kind, gentle, and truly talented at what she does. My brows have never looked better. She takes the time to really listen to what I want and explains everything step by step so I always feel comfortable and confident in the process. Her personality makes every appointment something I actually look forward to. She’s outgoing, hilarious, and somehow turns a waxing appointment into the best therapy session. We laugh the whole time, and she always makes sure I’m relaxed (sometimes even with a little chocolate treat!). You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you want beautiful brows and an amazing experience, she’s the one to go to!

Had my first Brazilian with Hannah and she was amazing. I was definitely nervous, but she answered all my questions, explained everything, and kept me chatting which helped distract from the painful parts. The space was super clean and comfortable too. 10/10 would trust her with my dignity again 😂

Great experience. I was able to make a same-day appointment for a Brazilian wax, so that was very helpful and accommodating. Very conveniently located so it makes it easy to loop in with other errands for most folks in central MA. The esthetician I saw was Margie and I highly recommend her! She made me feel very comfortable and cared for. She’s very professional and invested in providing excellent service. Will definitely be going back.

Hannah provided exceptional service and quality results. She is professional and personable, and great at what she does. Radiant Waxing was clean and peaceful, and well maintained. I’m getting married in a couple of weeks and have been growing my brows for a while to get them shaped with wax. Usually I just tweeze a little here or there every couple of months. I have a lot of light hairs, which made a tint and teensy tweeze a great option in lieu of waxing. I thought a few days break with retinols would be safe, but a couple of weeks is best practice. I definitely wouldn’t want a burn or mark for wedding photos. I’ve always been curious about tints and am so glad everything worked out the way it did.
