I always get compliments afterward, even weeks later because it stays looking good with minimal effort. The vibe is super relaxed and comfortable, a place I always look forward to going back to. Vanessa can do it all! She is a seasoned stylist with a plethora of experience. She listens to her clients to understand the outcome you are looking for. Her knowledge in color is impressive. I kept going to the same stylist because it was comfortable and I did not think I would find someone who really listened to my request. After leaving This or Die, I felt like myself again! The color was great and my cut was just right. I’ve taken my daughters to Vanessa because she takes pride in understanding the way to cut different hair textures, no one size fits all. I have been loyal to Vanessa at This or Die since moving to LA in 2019! She gives me the cutest bob for a very reasonable price and she’s a lovely person. She strikes a great balance between listening to what I want and also giving great advice on what she thinks will work best for my hair. Love her and This or Die

Loved my hair cut! Vanessa is always so amazing and i trust her with my hair completely. I have fine wavey hair and alot of it and she always knows how to make it look good. I had some chunky and uneven layers from a different hair salon and she fixed them effortlessly. Would recommend!

Vanessa did not come to play for my hair!!! I did some layers focusing on the front, she was so sweet and took her time. She even pointed out some heat damage that I was not aware of! I’ve been getting so many compliments since my appointment saying how more voluminous and healthy my hair looks. She’s such a sweet person, I would definitely recommend her to the next person.
