Haden is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! He’s extremely skilled at various techniques and intuitively knows what your body and muscles need.. I’ve had three orthopedic surgeries in the last two years. He’ll focus on the areas I need and I always feel better when I leave. I’m 61 years old and I’ve had many massages in various styles, but Haden is clearly unique. He’s able to tune into what’s needed and has some very unusual techniques grounded in strong knowledge of anatomy , trigger points and body mechanics. The last two massages, I walked in with two very different issues and both were addressed expertly. I walked out of there feeling incredible relief. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
