Great experience. I, like many people tend to put self care last on the list of things to do. Start 2026 off right with a massage and stretching by Mateen. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. I am 58 years old and as we get older our flexibility decreases so the stretching that was given to me was top tier. My muscles were very tight and I promise when the massage was done I felt 1000% better. So make it a part of your monthly self care routine. We are all worth it 🥰

Wow! Where do I start? Mateen’s professionalism from the time that my appointment was confirmed to the time my session ended was excellent. His communication and follow up were spot on.
